Polyethylene pipe in dredging

Dredging polyethylene pipe is the latest and most recent application in this field as one of the diverse applications of polyethylene pipe. Due to the popularity of dredging method, these pipes are used as an ideal choice for conveying fluids under pressure against solid materials such as clay, mud, sand and gravel in larger sizes. HDPE dredging pipes are made of high density polyethylene material and are produced in various dimensions. These pipes are manufactured and welded using HDPE flange adapters and flanges, also known as flanged HDPE pipes, to connect two pipes together and connect ships by allowing them to be fixed on the sea. HDPE dredging pipes are preferred for agricultural applications, mud dredging and mining projects. Also, in these applications, floats filled with polyurethane (foam) materials are used with HDPE pipe.

These pipes are usually produced in lengths of 12 and 6 meters, but can also be customized to the dimensions and lengths required by customers. Dredging pipe is easy to operate due to its light weight and buoyancy and can be used in large areas, especially large and wide spaces.

Application of dredging pipes:

– Using dredged HDPE pipe above the sea for mud dumping
– Using these pipes in dredging projects of lakes and marine vessels
– Using in mining projects
– Using in chemical industries
– Using in river drainage
– Used in sand and sand extraction at sea
– Exiting the sea using dredging pipes
– Using in agricultural projects
– Using in coastal resort projects
– Using in navigation

Dredging HDPE pipe has a longer lifespan and is more resistant to internal and external impacts. It has high corrosion resistance and is anti-wear and anti-leakage. These pipes are lighter and faster to connect due to their light weight and lower water absorption ratio. Can be used in all water projects with high safety.
