Pipe Ethylene Company was registered in Tehran in 1976 and was put into operation in 1981 in Rasht Industrial City, located at kilometer 11 of the Rasht-Qazvin highway.
The company’s factory is active with 9 production lines in 5 halls with an area of ​​5,000 square meters from 16 mm to 1,200 mm in different pressure ranges with a capacity of 14,000 tons per year.

Currently, all production lines of this factory, both Iranian and foreign, are equipped with LG cycle controls made in 2008 and are also gravimetric, which has the ability to control the allowed amount of raw materials entering the extruder and automatically adjust the thickness of the pipe wall.

This company has ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2005 certifications and its laboratory is accredited in the field of single-wall, double-wall polyethylene, polypropylene and u-P.V.C pipes and is a standard partner.

This company, in its repair and maintenance unit, carries out all repair, reconstruction and renovation operations of production lines, including molding, calibrators, extruders, machining and various other items, and is completely independent.

Pipe Ethylene Company has an active quality control unit and carries out all stages, including controls related to raw materials, process controls and production lines, control of manufactured products, storage and maintenance of raw materials and products, loading methods, etc.

The Ethylene Pipe Industrial Group, with the aim of producing and reducing the demand for polyethylene pipes and fittings in the country, especially in Gilan Province, while respecting the demands and opinions of customers and stakeholder groups in line with its main goals, namely achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and protecting the environment and national resources, while complying with up-to-date product standards based on national requirements of 1331 and international pipe production standards and committing to complying with legal regulations and requirements related to the product and related environmental aspects and consequences, and implementing an effective and efficient quality and environmental management system by choosing the model of international standards ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 and committing to continuous improvement of these systems, considers the four pillars (Plan, DO implementation, Check control (monitoring and measurement), and continuous improvement of Action) and has placed the following central goals at the forefront of its movement on the path of continuous improvement of the organization:

    Increase the quality level of products using the latest technology and the most advanced software in accordance with customer demands and opinions

To achieve the above, Pipe Ethylene Company has designed its quality management system based on the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard in order to achieve the Iranian Accreditation System (IAS), and the senior manager of this laboratory considers himself obligated and committed to providing the necessary resources and facilities to achieve the above goals, meet the requirements of this standard, and also improve the laboratory’s activities.
